Prime Planet Energy & Solutions, Inc. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroaki Koda) announces the establishment of a new subsidiary in the United States to strengthen its organizational structure and operational capabilities in the North American market.

Until now, our group has operated primarily from Japan and China. However, to further advance technical support for our customers in North America and for the Toyota Group’s battery business in North America (Note 1), as well as to respond more rapidly to our local customers need, reinforcing the local structure had become an urgent priority.

By establishing a subsidiary that operates with a strong local presence, we aim to further enhance our contribution to customers and strengthen the competitiveness of our business.
